Summer Camp Collage 2016

Thousands of students accept taken part in Abrakadoodle art camps this summer at locations across the nation, with students developing creativity, creating original art, learning new skills and sharing laughs and smiles! We share only a few military camp experiences below.

PW boy shows off creative projectsCelebrating nature in Virginia … at the Issues Me Art Camp at Silver Lake Regional Park, a part of Prince William County Parks and Recreation, Abrakadoodle of Prince William County campers discovered a perfectly inspiring natural setting with wood, trails and water, where they explored the park, examined bugs and nerveless items from nature. Students enjoyed fine art, games and crafts.

Co-ordinate to Eileen Moore, Educational activity Director of Abrakadoodle-Prince William County, "I loved how some of the students did a daily countdown, maxim 'Oh no, simply four more days of camp,' which fabricated me feel great that they were enjoying their experience."

After finishing her artwork, this little girl held up her paw wipe after cleaning her easily and quipped, "Now, that'south a piece of artwork!"

Howard County - 2 kids get creative at beach party campLife'southward a beach … during Abrakadoodle'south Beach Party Camp, offered in partnership with Maryland'due south Howard County Recreation and Parks, students took part in beachy, sandy fine art army camp fun! Lisa Marianelli, Teaching Director of Abrakadoodle – Howard Canton, voted Best Fine art Program & Summer Camp iv years running past Maryland Family unit Magazine, reported that her campers had a boom. Students designed their own dominicus visor, danced to party music and created some incredible underwater art. The kids learned well-nigh world-famous chalk artist Julian Beevers and created their own unique sidewalk designs. They fabricated sand and shell designs and enjoyed a special Beach Party Day!

Campers love creating art and getting active with games and activities that fit the theme, which in this case is walking the tightrope in Abrakadoodle's Big Tent Circus Camp!

Fine art Camps spanning many themes … Kim Nubel, Pedagogy Director of Abrakadoodle-Atlanta reported to united states that she ran 36 summertime camps and 4 in-school field trips, with a smashing turnout at Peachtree Presbyterian and other locations all summer!
